You will work very closely with Sales, Marketing, and Services business organizations on their data and technology needs, lead and oversee the solutioning of projects and product releases, be responsible for the solution health and management of technical debt. The team builds and evolves technology products that focus on managing golden copy of the organization's client and investor data and relevant applications that support critical business activities and operations. The applications are leveraged by multiple businesses and systems and hence require significant integration capabilities.

Responsibilities:
* Seeking an experienced hands-on technologist to lead end-to-end solutioning across all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support for complex business applications that involve data management and utilization heavily * Proactively and independently research opportunities for innovation in technology, methodology, quality assurance, support, business, and other applicable areas across multiple capabilities and/or products * Understand business needs across functional areas and apply industry trends, products and solutions to solve business problems * Analyze and determine how data fits into the Master Data Management (MDM) platform, including changes to data model (logical and physical), data cleansing rules, data standardization rules, Reference data management, and data visualization * Experienced in application design. Experienced in integration capabilities development, such as API/web services and bulk data integration. * Work closely with data architects and IT stakeholders to present design options * Adhere to enterprise-wide standards and directions in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment. Actively participate in the formation of new processes and practices within own and adjacent teams.

Qualifications:
* Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in delivering technology solutions and demonstrated ability to create a positive and professional business relationship with business and IT stakeholders * Working knowledge of concepts such as Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data is a big plus, especially in the data space * Demonstrated experience leading migrations from on-premise to Cloud * Strong technical hands-on expertise in the following areas:*
  • Application design and implementation * Oracle / SQL Server database / PLSQL / Query Optimization * Linux/Unix shell scripting * Data modeling (logical/physical)* Web services development * Prior experience working with platforms like Informatica multi-domain MDM, Data Warehouse a big plus * Strong experience with requirements gathering, systems analysis, functional design, documentation, problem resolution, and release management. * Working knowledge of DevOps fundamentals and practices * Demonstrate ability to deal with ambiguous and limited information spanned across multiple products and/or capabilities within an assigned domain * Prior experience with Finance industry and handling Personally Identifiable Information (PII) / sensitive data is a plus * Bachelor's Degree preferred in a related field or equivalent
