This Solutions Engineer role will be based in New York or Los Angeles and be responsible for designing customized solutions and lead complex integrations for our largest customers in the US. This role interacts with all members of the operations team, partnering with sales, account management, product, engineering, and creative. The ideal candidate will ultimately be an expert in the inner workings of Criteo's best-in-class technology, have the ability to easily and proactively understand our customer's needs, display excellent communication and project management skills to craft out-of-the-box solutions and extend technical partnerships. What you will do:
Assist our Sales team in a technical capacity during qualification, Proof of Concept, and Request for Proposal steps
Become a Subject Matter Expert on all Criteo products and technologies used to service our Large Customers and Client Partners
Solve client's problems and challenges through technology using a variety of analytical and technical tools including developing innovative and custom solutions, troubleshooting client-side code, querying databases, and analyzing results
Drive product innovation by presenting client's feedback and interests to Criteo Product and R&D teams
Maintain awareness of internal roadmaps and new product features to evangelize with customers and help ensure long-term success of their advertising campaigns
Communicate to customers and internal partners to drive success of partnerships and guide product enhancements
Who you are:
You find solving customers' problems fun
2+ years in a Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering role ideally in the ad tech industry
You can work with all sorts of data files (XML, JSON, CSV) and databases (SQL mostly)
You can communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
You are able to switch context quickly and work on competing demands from multiple customers throughout the day
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or a comparable field preferred
