Job Summary:

The Solutions Consultant plays a crucial role in collaborating with prospects and clients to address pain points within their current operational framework. Their primary goal is to secure new business by showcasing how the Clearwater solution effectively resolves issues and enhances the overall value of their operations. As an integral member of the sales team, the Solutions Consultant serves as a subject matter expert on the Clearwater Solution, harnessing their profound expertise in finance, accounting, and/or technology to support clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Win new business to meet team sales quotas.

  • Assist in the development of compelling proposals and RFP responses.

  • Work with prospective clients to understand their current systems, processes, business requirements, subsequent challenges and how their operations will be enhanced by utilizing the Clearwater solution.

  • Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain meaningful relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business challenges and objectives to tailor Prism solutions accordingly.

  • Solution Demonstration: Conduct engaging and informative demonstrations of Prism to showcase its features, functionalities, and benefits in alignment with client requirements.

  • Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Prism's technical capabilities and stay updated on industry trends to effectively articulate its value proposition to clients.

  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with the sales team to gather and analyze client requirements, providing valuable insights and recommendations for customizing Prism solutions to meet client needs.

  • Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other sales materials, ensuring alignment with client needs and Clearwater's offerings.

  • Product Knowledge Transfer: Educate clients on the features, functionalities, and best practices of Prism, empowering them to make informed decisions about its adoption within their organization.

  • Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of competitor offerings and market trends, providing insights and recommendations to enhance Prism's competitive positioning.

  • Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to support the sales process, including responding to client inquiries, addressing technical concerns, and facilitating product trials or proof-of-concepts.

  • Required Skills:

  • Relevant experience in Insurance, Investment Management, FinTech, Investment Accounting, or Investment Operations.

  • Commitment to agility, continuous learning, improvement, and operational excellence.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Masters Degree in business, finance, accounting and/or relevant area of focus.

  • 8+ years of relevant experience

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and build rapport with clients.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Passion for technology and data-driven solutions, with a commitment to continuous learning and development.

Salary will DOE, base salary $150k - $190k + variable + RSUs
