Solutions Consultant II
The Solutions Consultant II is responsible for working with sales executives to sell Paycor products through technical demonstrations and other sales activities as necessary. He or she is knowledgeable on all products, may train and/or mentor others. He or she is a self-starter who is responsible for achieving assigned sales objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Act as primary contact for the sales of Payroll, HR, Time, and Recruiting products.
Assist sales executives with the analysis, pricing and presentation of the Paycor suite of products.
Assist in training/development of sales executives to position and present HR, Timekeeping, and Recruiting products.
Assist in the training of others by sharing and communicating product knowledge.
Analyze current practices of potential clients and identify additional sales opportunities.
Network with the HR community to generate interest in HRIS and related Paycor products.
Meet or exceed agreed upon sales and activity targets.
Conduct product demonstration to potential clients.
Assist in the conversion process for new clients, including submission of complete paperwork for new clients.
Work closely with Client Services staff to achieve client satisfaction.
Complete regular reports as required, including CRM updates.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and regular attendance.
Maintain ethical business practices.
Other duties as assigned.

Four year degree in business
Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative, B2B sales with a track record of success
Able to excel in a fast paced work environment without direct daily supervision
Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation, and organizational skills
Strong mathematical aptitude and problem solving skills
Demonstrated strategic selling skills including the ability to prospect and build relationships
Experience in HR practices/policies and strong working knowledge of payroll and HR software
Excellent customer focus, with an ability to effectively partner with internal and external customers
Demonstrated adaptability, shifting focus and approach as necessary
