Join Hearsay Systems' (literally and figuratively) high-flying pre-sales team! Enable the go-to-market team to navigate deep product and technical conversations winningly and easily; consult, develop, and present custom solution presentations mapped to strategic customer challenges; and function as a key liaison between go-to-market, product, and product marketing on our platform and services.

What you will accomplish:

  • Perform great insight driven discovery

  • Drive the sales cycle to close by delivering compelling technical presentations

  • Design and run executive workshops to drive technical selection and win

  • Own the pre- to post- sales transition for implementation success

  • Own technical executive relationships to influence early design decisions

  • Serve as the end-to-end business application expert and technical liaison between the customer, the Account Executive, and Product ManagementComplete security reviews and manage RFP's to completion

  • Stay knowledgeable about competitor's products to continuously refine how to best position our key differentiators

  • Work closely with value consulting to implement business cases into presentations and demo assets

  • Partner with Sales Enablement to refine product training business application knowledge for Go To Market teams.

About you:

  • Great work ethic and sense of ownership

  • 5+ years experience in technology industry, Fin Tech preferred

  • 3 - 5 years in comparable Solutions Consulting / Pre-Sales Engineer role

  • Comfortable with 50% travel across assigned region and valid passport

  • Strong grasp of SaaS concepts and application integration

  • Skilled in managing expectations with challenging audiences

  • Ability to surface risk and reduce sales cycle with technical solutioning

  • Has executive presence and knows how to own the stage

  • Talent in value selling, and solutioning for business outcomes

  • Ability to partner with other Go To Market teams from value consulting, to product marketing

  • Great presentation skills: you should be adept in both small and larger audiences

  • Proven ability to mentor, train and convert audiences into advocates

Highly preferred that you also have:

  • Database/data modeling experience (relational preferred) and experience developing against API's, either functionally or programmatically

  • Experience with application integration (Mulesoft, Informatica, Tibco, etc)

  • Experience with CRM tools, Salesforce.com preferred

  • Experience with telephony, mobility

Knowledge of Javascript or other scripting language

  • Database/data modeling experience (relational preferred) and experience developing against API's, either functionally or programmatically

  • Experience with solution selling/MEDDICC sales processes

We work with mid-market organizations and large enterprises in all verticals, especially Financial Services and Healthcare, with a focus on their GRC activities. This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in building a business and having a direct impact on driving customer adoption and expansion. The solutions consultants on our team are called Customer Success Managers by our customers.</p><ul> <li>Own new customer onboarding for assigned accounts end-to-end: from kickoff, process design, build, training, and rollout</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and become a trusted advisor throughout the onboarding process</li> <li>Listen intently to customer pain points and connect their needs to LogicGate product features, with a heavy focus on value creation</li> <li>Become an expert user on the LogicGate platform and know the product, both inside the organization and externally facing</li> <li>Configure customized use cases on LogicGate based on customer requirements</li> <li>Conduct highly effective meetings with customers over web conference</li> <li>Assist customers with issue resolution and report bugs identified by customers to the development team</li> <li>Provide feedback and intelligence to Product team to identify new potential features and functions</li> <li>Conduct webinars and assist in content creation (whitepapers, blog posts, etc.)</li> <li>Assist Sales team with custom builds of the platform for demonstrations from time to time</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree</li> <li>3+ years of experience in management consulting, customer success, or sales engineer roles</li> <li>Experience in GRC, risk management, compliance, or audit</li> <li>Experience with cybersecurity and/or risk management frameworks such as NIST 800-53 and ISO27001</li> <li>Passion for SaaS applications – able to understand the value and limitations of the LogicGate platform, front and back</li> <li>Great people skills – ability to quickly understand your audience and tailor the right message to them</li> <li>Proficient in conducting and tailoring software demonstrations and product training sessions</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple accounts/priorities at a time – organization, time-management, and attention to detail are important</li> <li>A drive to learn and be curious, with the desire to understand our customers’ problems and then effectively communicate and demonstrate how LogicGate can help</li> <li>Desire to scale an early-stage startup and work hand-in-hand with co-founders</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Since our team is small, you’ll help create best practices instead of just following along.
