The Solutions Consultant (Digital Imaging) is responsible to drive solution revenue as it relates to office-class software products including PaperCut, ShareScan, AutoStore, eCopy PDF Professional, and XMedius. In addition, the Solutions Support Specialist is responsible to support other solution opportunities; managing solution quotes with solution partners as well as Lewan sales team; and managing and tracking M&S renewals. Other responsibilities include being a subject matter expert (SME) for the above-mentioned suite of office products demonstrating command of product capabilities, qualifying, technical requirements, and ability to demonstrate products in both live and virtual settings.

Solution Opportunity Support
Quoting and Managing Renewals
Work with vendor/partners to collect and manage quotes for entire portfolio of solution products
Provide timely SPW (solution pricing worksheets) to sales organization while ensuring benchmark margins and accuracy
Deliver all SPWs via SalesForce within the respective account and maintain a database of quotes and opportunities
Manage all software renewals. This responsibility includes working with vendor/partners to create a forecastable pipeline of M&S renewal revenue and trigger dates; generating and delivering customer-facing quotes and ensuring transactional efficiency
Be organized, accurate and constantly working to improve and automate processes
Personal Sales of Office-Class Software Products into Existing Base
Use business intelligence to make phone calls into our current base of customers to introduce and create opportunities for the products listed in our office portfolio (PaperCut; ShareScan; AutoStore; eCopy PDF Pro; XMedius).
Own all aspects of the sales cycle
Be expert at delivering webex demos
Develop teleprospecting scripts for the office suite of solutions products
