You will be an integral member of the Merchandizing, Supply Chain and Master data management Technology team. You will also be a strong voice in the larger WSI Tech organization building a world class Technology organization

Overall technical vision and accountability for the architectural decisions and align the vision with product roadmap.
Architect the solutions that are scalable, performant and resilient
Deliver customer centric design for the business opportunities and see the big picture and rationalize the design decisions in alignment with business objectives and business KPIs
Build partnership and contribute to product architecture that's cost effective and customer centric.
Identify problems and recommend appropriate solutions for WSI in a wide variety of circumstances.
Partner with product managers and fellow Architects to establish standards and patterns
Take an active role in developing effective, scalable and maintainable code in a timely fashion and participate in design and code reviews.
Maintains a manner of leadership and flexibility that diffuses pressure and promotes a positive team atmosphere.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

In depth experience with Master Data subject areas such as products, suppliers, prices, discounts, employees.
Hands on experience in implementing Master data management for Retailers
Domain knowledge with Merchandizing, Supply Chain and ecommerce.
Hands-on experience with conceptualizing, designing and configuring MDM UI, workflows and rules for complex business processes preferably in retail domain
Strong experience with using SQL, data modeling, including evolution from conceptual to physical models using a tool like Tibco Business Studio
Delivered solution architecture for your area by collaborating with other sub systems architects and enterprise architects that will impact the enterprise and involves broad range of applications.
Experience in developing software with one to many programming languages like Java, Node JS, Java Script and Python.
Working experience with oracle/cassandara/mysql or database technologies.
