Solutions Architect

Ideal candidates possess extensive technical expertise and adept communication skills to craft technical solutions that resonate with clients and end users, showcasing our services' value effectively. This role will require someone with experience with virtualization, storage, security, Azure/O365, cloud migrations, and the VMware environment.

The Solution Architect needs to have the ability to provide insight into technical problems for our team and solutions for our clients. While a hands-on role at times, this role also requires strong communication skills and a thorough understanding of best technology practices to be able to articulate solutions to technical and non-technical audiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Training 
• Technical Sales
• Support/Engineering 
• Optimization of /Product/Service Standards 
• Solutions Design – Work with sales teams to develop end-to-end technology solutions coupled with our services to meet customer needs, considering scalability, performance, and security.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams during implementation
• Create and maintain architectural documentation for proposed and existing solutions.
• Passionate about staying updated on the latest services and industry trends to ensure clients receive cutting-edge solutions.
• Emulate and promote the ONE 2 ONE culture by adhering to the vision, mission, and core values
• Provide a 5-star IT experience
• Own and complete weekly To Dos and Quarterly Rocks with a high level of accountability.
• Work with vendors to leverage their services to support our service/product offerings
• Maintain, Create and Improve technical-related documentation, user guides as well as system requirements (this could be for things in production or from R & D)
• Define and develop training of ONE 2 ONE product and service standards for our team by working with TL’s/Managers and/or LT
• Teach, Mentor and Train employees and/or clients
• Attend customer meetings with internal teams
• Deploy, troubleshoot, repair Internal IT support requests/projects
• Ensure we are fully utilizing our tools such as (but not limited to) N-able, Passportal, Datto, Breach Secure Now, SIEM, future tools, etc

Requirements

• In the Lancaster area or willing to relocate
• 5+ years of experience
• Knowledge and experience working with
• VMware Product Suite
• Enterprise Networking and Security
• AWS\Azure Cloud Environments
• Windows Servers
• Windows, AWS and Azure Domains
• Office 365
• Cloud\On-Prem Backup and HA
• VOIP
• M365/MS Teams
