Madison Sterns, Inc., A National IT Consulting Firm, is currently looking for a senior Solutions Architect for a direct end customer in Westport, CT. Project will start ASAP for an estimated duration of 12+ months. Rate is open inclusive.

General Requirements:

Storage data migrations using OpenReplicator and PPME

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Strong, assertive personality traits

Extremely security conscious both procedurally and technically

Problem solving ability, especially in high pressure situations where the customer is asking seemingly unusual questions

Self-awareness to know not only what you know, but also what you don'tand to not be embarrassed about that

Ability to operate in a transparent environment, with a culture based upon giving and receiving feedback

Requirement to show strong initiative and desire to improve status quo

VMAX Experience:

Excellent subject matter expert

ECC, SMC and command-line experience

Deep knowledge of advanced features and functionality (thin provisioning, FAST, FCOE, etc)

Replication using complex SRDF configurations

Performance testing and tuning knowledge of SPA

Security attributes

OS Experience:

Database storage configuration

Windows, Linux, UCS

Storage provisioning for VMWare ESX and VDI

Data mobility within VMWare ESX storage vMotion

The Media Team curates and distributes all internal video/audio recordings in support of all departments within the firm. What You'd be Doing The Media Team is looking for a creative, broadly skilled developer that can dig into published APIs and provide the connective tissue that links disparate systems into a loosely coupled but tightly functioning central media platform. As an Application Integration Developer, you will attack a multitude of media and data focused problems by designing, building, and deploying software architectures and applications. You will immerse yourself in a media-focused environment, where you will learn about best practices for working within a highly secure, hybrid cloud world. Integrations will range from media production toolsets (Adobe Creative Cloud, Cantemo, Panopto, Xytech) to large scale dataset and automated workflow manipulation (Splunk, Activiti) running on internal systems as well as AWS and Azure.
