The Marketing Solutions Architect will be responsible for providing insights and technical recommendations to the software engineering team, including key responsibility for the CRM technical stack, technical compliance on security and development standards for the Digital Production Team and development teams. This critical role will also provide orientation and guidance to the engineering team on the technology platform in use by K-C with a key focus on CRM. As a hands-on expert, the Marketing Solutions Architect will also provide technical oversight for digital capabilities implementation (WEM, eCommerce, CRM, & Analytics, etc.) within the region and use their in-depth knowledge of Digital technologies (.Net, NoSQL, CRM solutions, WebServices, Mobile Architecture, etc.) to ensure that the implementation adheres to quality expectations.
This critical role will work with the Marketing team to ensure compliance for K-C web security and oversee security compliance of existing digital applications to enable successful website and CRM implementations to result in high quality and secure solutions across the region. The Marketing Solutions Architect will be accountable for the identification, tracking, mitigating, remediation, and verification of web and CRM security vulnerabilities of the applications in the region. The right person for this role is proactive with stakeholders, a self-starter who can work under broad direction, and passionate about delivering world-class digital products that enable the business to optimize operations to maximize the value of K-C investments.

Identify digital opportunities which provide strategic/tactical advantages in planning, managing and conducting business. Ensure insight and understanding of "best practices" to keep pace with competition/peer companies.
Understand the digital tools roadmaps and capabilities for associated brands to provide a consistent user experience across all digital properties.
Provides digital thought leadership, bringing knowledge and solutions to drive business outcomes. Thinks 'digital' and embraces next generation ways of doing work.
Leading design and architecture sessions with stakeholders, gathering and documenting business processes and functional/technical requirements for web and CRM initiatives.
Provide technical insight and guidance to the implementation of digital capabilities (CRM, eCommerce, Web Experience Management, Social, Analytics tools, etc.) during the digital roadmap process and project execution
Mocking up functional and technical specifications for the ITS Digital Production team, and facilitating the completion, testing, and deployment of development projects. Creating data migration and integration mappings
Support Digital Producers in technical discussions, conducts reviews of technical documentation.
Carry out the development/implementation of web and CRM projects adhering to the development standards and best practices, committing to the agreed timelines, and ensuring quality metrics are met.
Participate in the implementation of new technology platform / capabilities, including performing code walkthroughs / review to ensure digital developments are compliant to the standards and security guidelines.
Provide consulting and technical guidance to the development teams on the development of best practices, adherence to development and security standards, implementation approach, troubleshooting, etc for web and CRM. Resolve technical issues, regularly communicating to stakeholders on the status of the issue resolution.
Own relationship with delivery partners through full lifecycle of support, including reviewing technical proposals to approve technical effort and considerations, onboarding (as needed), helping hosting team provide access and sharing new tools, standards and technical learnings.
Perform root-cause analysis of application related incidents and document the findings.
Measure and improve the performance of all parties in the delivery of digital productions (e.g. Cost, schedules, quality, standards and ongoing operations) and Continuous Improvements (CI) initiatives.

Key Qualifications and Experiences:
A Bachelors of Computer Science or a Bachelors of Information Systems or a related field is required. A Master's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
Functional background to have solid understanding of CPG business along with detailed technical knowledge of industry leading systems and application. Understands the range of and potential digital solutions needed in a large CPG business. Demonstrated experience with Business-to-Consumer marketing technologies.
Deep understanding of Personalization, Data Driven Marketing, ESP's, and Content Analytics, desired.
Experience managing digital projects and/or programs with strong SDLC experience including Agile/Waterfall.
Strong facilitation, leadership, creative thinking, and collaboration skills required. Must display vision and resiliency and the ability to engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Demonstrated skills in digital delivery, client relationship management, strong sense of urgency in delivering results, business knowledge, intuition and judgment, high cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity, strong communication/collaboration. Building trust with Customers and Service Providers.
Experience managing the delivery of virtual teams working on web, CRM, email, SMS, loyalty, social media and mobile technologies, which work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, including infrastructure and Security teams, and may extend outside the K-C organization including suppliers, partners and customers.
Technical and development experience:
8-10 years of continuous experience developing and building consumer facing digital solutions/internet based applications.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the development and implementation of large scale digital solutions and internet based applications for consumers in partnership with digital vendors and system integrators.
Demonstrated working experience in the leading CRM solutions and framework. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud desired. Exposure to other Salesforce cloud platforms is a nice to have.
Demonstrated experience in software engineering, software development, and experience defining the system architecture landscape, identifying gaps between current and desired end-states, comparing different platforms, including CRM, and delivering a comprehensive solution that will enable achievement of the desired business outcomes.
Experience implementing CRM solutions and leading large-scale CRM projects.
Experience in leading / building ecommerce stores and handling end to end processes.
Demonstrated experience implementing and working with CMS solutions like Sitecore, UMBRACO is required. Knowledge of mobile architecture.
Strong, in-depth, programming skill in ASP.Net (C# or VB.Net), WAP, Web services, SQL Server.
Strong programming experience developing and using API's (SOAP/REST).
Experience with front end development (HTML5, CSS, JQuery) desired.
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, desired.
Minimum 3 years of web application security experience. Knowledge of AppScan and Web Application Firewall desired.
Excellent verbal and written communication; fluency in English is mandatory.
