In this role you'll be providing expert technical and commercial solutions while collaborating with sales and the Product Marketing teams to provide the end user customer the solutions they need.

You'll have an opportunity to assist the US sales team and eventually other M-I subsidiaries in the region to architect the proper solution leading to more efficiently delving that solution to solve our customers marking & coding business problem with our CoLOS standard product offering.

You should possess successful experience as a system integration technical expert with solid technical background, expertise in computer information systems, and a strong project management acumen.


Main Activities / Duties /

Responsibilities:

Create, develop, demonstrate and propose Solutions projects to improve customer efficiencies in automated production environments

Gather and Consolidate detailed customer requirements and data to formulate a quality proposal documents and a response.

Serve as a concierge between the customers' decision team and M-I sales.

Deliver differentiating value proposition to Commercial and Technical Stakeholders in various setting (Corporate, factory, warehouse, etc.)

Participate with the sales team in the identification of project risk and threats.

Maintain competitive information of direct and indirect competitors.

Provide technical knowledge, expertise and guidance.

Assist in the formulation and implementation of sales process and quality improvements

Handover the specified project to a project manager to ensure the project team has a clear understanding of the deliverables and responsibilities

Provide training and knowledge transfer to sales and other technical resources in the AMBU.

Extensive travel will be required for customer meetings, trade-shows and conferences.

Report to and work closely with the Technical Solutions Sales Manager (based in NH)

Education and/or Experience Required:

Master's or Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Business/Software Engineer.
7 years' experience in industry know-how are of advantage (IT - with data & material flow through the manufacturing packaging process)

Enthusiastic and passionate about technology, with strong technology culture

Strong communications skills are necessary

Excellent written and spoken English is a must, additional languages are a plus

Team player with excellent written skills, creative and innovative mindset
