About the Job:

Responsible for application implementation, all aspects of support, and continuous improvement of information systems. Provide advanced level support and supports and mentors' other analysts as needed.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with moderate level application changes and upgrades including, but not limited to workflow analysis, testing, configuration, and guidance to others as needed.

• Designs and builds templates and tools that will be used as the foundation for entering information into the application/system. Ensures systems are configured to be consistent with vendor recommendations and uses to maximize the benefit to the patient and/or the staff using the system.

• Participates in mandatory ITS meetings and complies with ITS policies, procedures and guidelines.

• Complies with explicit instructions of ITS leadership regarding the operation of technology systems under the employee's responsibility.

Who You Are:

Education: A High School diploma is required. A bachelor's degree is preferred.

Licensure/certification: Vendor required certification in good standing (or proficiency if vendor accepts) for applications/modules employee is assigned to support. If not currently certified (or proficient) employee will have 6 months from their DOH (Date of Hire) or DOT (Date of Transfer) into a position that requires certification (proficiency).

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience using computer-based system(s) in a healthcare setting or in an analyst related role is required.

Knowledge: Basic working knowledge of computers & computerized systems. In a healthcare setting is preferred.
