Honeywell Energy Services Group provides systems and services that keep buildings safe, comfortable and efficient. We have an exciting career opportunity for a Solutions Sales Representative in our Georgia / Florida Panhandle territory.
In this role, you will sell comprehensive building solutions including connected technologies and sustainable infrastructure . You will collaborate and consult with building owners, contractors, state & local legislatures, and various strategic partners to build long-term relationships to support client needs and successfully position Honeywell Energy Services Group.
The selected candidate will develop and effectively execute growth strategies for the pursuit of new opportunities; understand customer needs, make recommendations, develop and price the appropriate solutions; coordinate and facilitate all resources to support the sale.

YOU MUST HAVE
Significant experience and great results in a sales position
Experience and knowledge of Performance Contracting, Building Automation systems, Life Cycle Cost, and Energy Resilencys
Excellent organizational, , flexibility to work under tight deadlines
Strong communication skill in writing, verbally, and presentational
Willingness to learn proactively, openness to work in matrixed environment
Ability to influence at varying levels across the customer's organization
Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a matrixed environment
Be able to analyse problems and to deliver insightful, practical and sustainable solutions
Take ownership for initiatives to promote inclusive and collaborative working within client engagements and within the wider Honeywell
Ability to identify and build new opportunities and client relationships
Good insight of the market and purchasing trends throughout the Southeast's MUSH market
Work with marketing and other sales personnel to develop responses to customer RFP s and lead negotiations in developing contracts.
