You are:

A passionate individual that can see opportunities where others see challenges and someone who is a forward thinker who acts with purposefulness and speed and is committed to championing new ideas and creativity while using humor and positivity to build a winning team.

You will:

  • Be provided with skills to prepare you for success in a direct selling role in SMB.

  • Embark on a rigorous six-month training program based in our Minneapolis, MN office where you will begin to learn consultative selling skills and the full breadth of the Pitney Bowes SMB solutions.

  • Work with the Pitney Bowes SMB management team to ensure the successful completion of this apprenticeship.

  • Learn the fundamentals of selling and understanding SMB technology requirements.

  • Move into a full-time field sales role within the USA after training and working one-on-one with a sales director during a six-month program.

  • You will listen to our key customers' needs and Product Management's direction input to our strategy and play and active role in Sales Enablement.

  • Demonstrate the business value and vision of Pitney Bowes solutions to Prospects.

  • Build and perform repeatable prospect-relevant assets (presentations, solution demonstrations, applications, documents).

  • Stay current on industry / technical trends, developments

  • Contribute to sales organization in as early as three month.

Your background:

As a SMB Field Sales Apprentice, you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Able to demonstrate time management, consultative skills, and digital acumen

  • Goal oriented individual with superior communication skills

  • Able to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate using technical concepts

  • Willingness to relocate within the US

  • Professional demeanor

  • Desire for a long-term career in sales

  • Able to demonstrate critical thinking skills to acquire a higher-level understanding of role, processes, and procedures

  • A basic understanding of how business workflows influences client communications
