Be provided with skills to prepare you for success in a direct selling role in SMB.
Embark on a rigorous six-month training program based in our Minneapolis, MN office where you will begin to learn consultative selling skills and the full breadth of the Pitney Bowes SMB solutions.
Work with the Pitney Bowes SMB management team to ensure the successful completion of this apprenticeship.
Learn the fundamentals of selling and understanding SMB technology requirements.
Move into a full-time field sales role within the USA after training and working one-on-one with a sales director during a six-month program.
You will listen to our key customers' needs and Product Management's direction input to our strategy and play and active role in Sales Enablement.
Demonstrate the business value and vision of Pitney Bowes solutions to Prospects.
Build and perform repeatable prospect-relevant assets (presentations, solution demonstrations, applications, documents).
Stay current on industry / technical trends, developments
Contribute to sales organization in as early as three month.
As a SMB Field Sales Apprentice, you have:
Able to demonstrate time management, consultative skills, and digital acumen
Goal oriented individual with superior communication skills
Able to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to communicate using technical concepts
Willingness to relocate within the US
Desire for a long-term career in sales
Able to demonstrate critical thinking skills to acquire a higher-level understanding of role, processes, and procedures
A basic understanding of how business workflows influences client communications
