This job will be part of the Aerospace/Defense & Government Solutions industry solution team (ADGS IST) which is responsible delivering software-centric solutions that accelerate our customers' time to market and reduce their costs giving them a competitive advantage in today's and tomorrow's technology waves.
Keysight is looking for recent college graduates with energy and passion for solving customer measurement issues in the aerospace and defense industry. You will apply your written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate the value and benefits as well as technical aspects of new Keysight solutions to customers. These solutions can encompass hardware (instruments), software, and combinations thereof.
You will work closely with other members of our A/D Industry team, Keysight's field sales team, and customers to understand measurement challenges, propose solutions using Keysight hardware & software, and demonstrate Keysight's ability to help customers be successful. You will be working with engineers across the company in a proactive and highly collaborative manner using a strong set of technical and communication skills. You will work directly with customers, Keysight sales and applications engineers, solution specialists, colleagues in our Aerospace and Defense Government Solutions (ADGS) team, as well as our product development teams to create business plans for your product or technology focus area.
As a key team member, you will be responsible for leading NPI processes, developing outbound content and supporting product teams in connecting content with appropriate channels, to ensure product/solution launches are carried out effectively with proper integration of marketing programs.
Key roles and responsibilities
Develop marketing collateral such as technical data sheets, technical overviews, brochures, demonstration guides, application notes, videos, and other supporting content for Keysight.com and Keysight's YouTube channels that support new standard solutions. You will work to clearly communicate Keysight Solutions (Products, Solution "platforms", and Custom Solutions and Support Capabilities) to our sales force and ultimately customers.
Identify key target accounts/sites, and creation of new business opportunities at these accounts in the context of our industry strategies. You will work to align Keysight Solutions (Products, Reference Solutions and Custom Solutions and Support Capabilities) to Customer Strategy (deal creation).
Help the sales engineers move customers through the buying process from initial opportunity engagement through to closure (deal management) in order to have a measurable positive order and growth impact.
Support effective training of our sales channel through the creation of timely and relevant training courses.
Represent Keysight at key trade shows and conferences as an expert in your field.
Represent the voice of the customer to the ADGS industry solution team.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Physics
Ability to work alone or in teams. Conscious of deadlines and effective time management skills
Self-motivated and creative
Experience with digitizer principles; microwave measurements, design, manufacturing, and calibration is a plus
Clear written and verbal communications, able to explain sophisticated and complex subjects, clearly and convincingly express ideas.
Effective presentation skills in large and small settings.
