As a Solutions Engineering Lead, you will direct a team responsible for driving technology solutions for assigned business units by assisting partners in defining needs and opportunities. You will also work closely with key internal partners to assess, build, and ensure solutions are aligned across MUFG entities with the overall technology strategy.
This role will enable you to apply technical problem-solving, leading, and consulting internal partners on building and executing a technology strategy by working with multiple teams of engineers.
Advise and recommend enterprise architecture strategies, processes and methodologies
Collaborate with all meaningful parties in order to review the objectives and constraints of each solution and determine conformance with the enterprise architect.
Recommends the most suitable technical architecture and defines the solution at a high level.
Develop strategic relationships with key internal and external partners to ensure that business needs are fully understood, and IT solutions and priorities are fully aligned to meet the needs of the business
Translate business needs into actionable processes by evaluating information gathered from various sources and reviewing needs analysis findings to build, communicate and define user requirements for the development of effective solutions
Drive continuous improvement by assessing alignment of current process, program and systems to business requirements and capitalizing on opportunities for standardization, increased efficiency, cost reduction and increased quality to strengthen performance of business
Communicate timelines, service dependencies, resource constraints and progress with key partners quickly and effectively
Develop strong reciprocal relationships with key partners across the company and represent the function in multi-functional teams
12 years of enterprise architecture experience
B.S. or M.S. in computer science or equivalent degree or experience preferred
Experience architecting solution in Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Experience in architecting, engineering commercial software product
Experience in running commercial software deployment for enterprise customers with complex integrations is a plus
Experience in SaaS product implementation experience
Experience in product customization and new feature development for enterprise customers
An impeccable track record of delivering customer success.
Experience in process improvement, decision-making, managing processes, planning, analyzing information and developing standards.
Quick and creative thinking with the acumen to correctly interpret available data.

Solid foundation in standard methodologies and techniques for agile ceremonies
