Dematic Corp. is looking for a Solution Development Engineering Supervisor to work in a diverse and fast paced environment. The SD Engineering Supervisor position is integral to the success of Solution Development team responsible for leading a team that generates creative concepts, minizines risk, and delivers a firm price proposals. This role is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our concepts are executable, risk is identified, and standard process are being followed.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $60,000 - $154,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do In This Role:

• Responsible for a portfolio of business, functional manager, or manager of vertical market.

• Typically leads a team of up to 10 employees

• Assigns and plans resources for Solution Requests

• Monitors and balances workload of assigned team

• Participates in planning, requesting, and justifying staffing changes

• Participate in customer meetings as needed

• Supports achievement of Quarterly OKR's for group

• Operates using agile methods

• Continually coaches team through group and 1:1 sessions

• Drives LEAN problem solving efforts for project, team, and process performance

• Operates using iterative value creation methods

• Ensures capability and capacity are aligned with business need

• Ensures transparency in Solution Development process for each opportunity

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
• MBA - Preferred
• PMP - Desirable • 3+ years manager / supervisor experience
• 3+ years industry experience
