Dematic Corp. is looking for a Solution Development Engineering Supervisor to work in a diverse and fastpaced environment. The SD Eng Supervisor position is integral to the success of Solution Development team responsible for leading a team that generates creative concepts, minizines risk, and delivers a firm price proposals. This role is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our concepts are executable, risk is identified, and standard process are being followed.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $60,000 - $154,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
What You Will Do In This Role:
Responsible for a portfolio of business, functional manager, or manager of vertical market.
Typically leads a team of up to 10 employees
Assigns and plans resources for Solution Requests
Monitors and balances workload of assigned team
Participates in planning, requesting, and justifying staffing changes
Participate in customer meetings as needed
Supports execution of annual business plan
Supports achievement of Quarterly OKR's for group
Maintains a tight reporting cadence for project performance
Operates using agile methods
Continually coaches team through group and 1:1 sessions
Drives LEAN problem solving efforts for project, team, and process performance
Operates using iterative value creation methods
Displays accountability for group deliverables
Creates transparency on status and capacity
Develops current and future leaders
Provides support and prioritization for must win projects
Ensures high quality deliverables
Ensures capability and capacity are aligned with business need
Ensures transparency in Solution Development process for each opportunity
Continuous growth of staff in talent and capabilities
