We are looking for a Solution Consultant to join our Client Solutions Group within our Sales division. You will be responsible for being the solution expert and providing comprehensive functionality, service and workflow knowledge during the sales process. The Team:The Client Solutions Group team is a multidisciplinary team who accelerates opportunities through the active pipeline by delivering a world class value-based story to the market that grows the network.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provides in-depth clinical workflow, value, and feature and functionality knowledge of the solution during the sales process.

  • Demonstrates the ability to influence deal strategy based on understanding of how to best position athena for success.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of best practice clinical workflow scenarios, combining impactful real-life scenarios with athena's strongest positioning.

  • Work with other Solution Consultants on value selling, effective demonstration / presentation techniques, and other key responsibilities of the position.

Typical Qualifications

  • BA or BS degree or Clinical degree: RN, PA, NP, MD

  • Minimum of 5+ years working in an ambulatory care setting or / healthcare IT vendor in a customer facing and influencing position

  • Ability to travel ~70% (including occasional weekends)

  • Proven sales presentation and demonstration skills

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities: * Conduct design sessions and consulting events on Verint Applications in accordance with the Verint Implementation Methodology. * Provide best practice, optimization and assessment consulting * Work together with others within Verint as part of the deployment process but also to help troubleshoot as subject matter experts. * Conduct training events on Verint Applications. * Scheduled and organize events related to the Application consultancy * Provide thorough and complete documentation of the consultancy events and results * Create, review and update documentation * Configure, review and test configuration and usage of Verint Applications * Other responsibilities as assigned by management * Perform administrative tasks such as but not limited to timely and full completion of timesheets, expenses, travel, ISO, MBOs etc in accordance with the team and Verint guidelines Minimum Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience. * 3 years of industry experience and extensive understanding of Workforce Management and/or Quality Monitoring solution * Proven experience training and demonstrating to clients on Enterprise software solutions. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team during the implementation process. * Consulting experience translating model and business process knowledge to clients. * Working knowledge of large scale, Windows and web based, enterprise application solutions (i.e. Call Recording, CRM, Analytics and Knowledge Base/Distribution application solutions). * Ability to effectively structure, organize and deliver consultative solution seminars, requirements discovery/refinement engagements and workshops to key users at a management, director and end user level. * Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks to completion with minimal supervision * Excellent verbal and written communications skills. * Self-motivated team player. * Ability to travel up to 75% * The ability to obtain the necessary credit line required to travel * Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations Preferred Requirements: * Experience with Verint applications. * Good understanding of contact center telephony environments. * Proven ability to gain consensus of others, proven leadership skills.
