Role Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver supply chain strategies using Coupa Software.

  • Utilize knowledge of mathematical optimization and algorithms, simulation and operations research in supporting client projects in the area of logistics and supply chain optimization.

  • Collect and analyze customer data, modeling the customer problem in advanced optimization powered packages.

  • Operate in a customer-centric project environment focused on delivering value and supporting ongoing customer relationships.

  • Understand key client performance levers (on-time delivery, cost, feasibility, etc.) and strategies to improve these metrics.

  • Support project quality by identifying risks that impact project scope, timing, or cost.

  • Provide both creative and structured analysis to identify performance improvement opportunities and effectively communicate findings with clients.

  • Manage, review, and validate large sets of data in order to build and validate models, run scenarios, and assist in the preparation of client presentations.

  • Formulate and apply mathematical modeling, linear optimization, simulation and data analysis expertise to help solve a business problem and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions.

  • Fully document modeling approach, data sources and transformations, assumptions, and constraint.

Role Requirements

  • Background in operations research, industrial engineering, or supply chain management

  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree is a plus

  • Experience in or knowledge of supply chain planning and design

  • Familiarity with supply chain concepts such as planning, forecasting, transportation, inventory management, and strategic sourcing

  • Ability to learn quickly and apply complex technical skills

  • Experience working with data and database software

  • Awareness and knowledge of the principles of optimization with the ability to use software packages to optimize and analyze outputs

  • Experience programming preferred

  • Ability to communicate across multiple levels of project team both internally and externally

  • Ability to develop visual communication aids and present information and findings in a client-facing setting

  • Supply chain consulting experience preferred

What Benefits can you Look Forward to? * Excellent medical, dental and vision coverage effective on your very first day * 2:1 Match on retirement savings Responsibilities* * Maintaining the integrity of the inventory and storage space in the assigned inventory locations in a manner consistent with infection control, safety and supply chain best practices. * Inventory receiving / stocking for assigned services and areas. * Achieving inventory accuracy goals by rotating stock and maintaining the overall orderliness of the assigned inventory. * Maintenance of appropriate inventory levels through proactive stocking, supply ordering and / or collaboration with the clinical team and supply chain analysts. * Learn and utilize the supply chain systems to update cycle counts, troubleshoot issues and improve inventory integrity. * Keep both the physical inventory storage locations well organized and labeled, and maintain the inventory systems to always align our system information with the physical inventory location(s) for every item. * Cross-train in multiple supply chain areas to cover additional / different supply chain responsibilities when needed. * Participate in lean / continuous improvement efforts. * Proactively seek ways to support both the clinical team and the assigned supply chain analysts, for example by evaluating safety stock / par levels and suggesting updates or evaluating supplier lead times and other performance variation to improve inventory accuracy and accomplish team goals. * Utilize analytics / root cause analysis to troubleshoot issues, improve inventory accuracy and reduce process variation. * Other duties as required. Required Qualifications* Associate level- * High school diploma or GED * Minimum two years of prior work experience * Willingness to learn Supply Chain systems and methodologies * Interest in working in the healthcare field * Demonstrated commitment to details and follow-up. * Basic understanding of material flow, information analysis and electronic inventory. * Experience with problem solving, resolution and root cause analysis * Experience with Excel * Proactive about continuous learning and improvement * Team first mentality Intermediate level- * Bachelor degree in applicable field of study, or Associates degree with relevant supply chain / inventory control work experience. * 2 or more years of relevant experience * Demonstrated commitment to details and follow-up. * Basic understanding of material flow, information analysis and electronic inventory. * Experience with problem solving, resolution and root cause analysis * Proficiency with Excel, and a strong aptitude for technology and data analytics. * Proactive about continuous learning and improvement * Team first mentality.
