Work with a team of solution implementation partners and vendors to perform analysis, estimation, and solution design for transforming/modernizing system integrations and impacted applications (if any).
Perform technology evaluation/implementation, as needed.
Need to have experience in IBM MVS mainframe, AS400, and modern on-premise and cloud-based application development technologies and implementation techniques.
Must have past experience in application modernization.
Familiarity with Finance system ERPs such as Workday and/or Oracle a big plus.

Scope of Activities:
Understand, and augment the Finance transformation technology strategies.
Analyze business drivers to determine corresponding change requirements.
Analyze technology industry and market trends, and determine their potential impact on the solution.

Partner with functional teams during the lifetime of a project, including design and estimation
Evaluate infrastructure and tools
Facilitate the evaluation and selection of software product standards, as well as the design of standard software configurations.
Consult with application or infrastructure development projects to fit systems or infrastructure to architecture, and identify when it is necessary to modify the solution architecture to accommodate project needs.
Document all solution architecture design and analysis work.
Skills and Credentials:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.
Five to seven years of experience in at least two IT disciplines in a client/server or service-oriented architecture (SOA) environment, including technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management or operations.
