Solution Architect

Akkodis is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join us as an Engineering IT Solutions Manager. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to shape the future of Engineering IT infrastructure.

Pay Rate: $80.00 - $85.00

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the central point for requirements and demand management intake related to Engineering IT.

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify and address tooling, network, and infrastructure needs.

• Work closely with automotive stakeholders, such as Group IT, to integrate and roll out existing solutions effectively.

System and Solution Design:

• Design solutions that meet the requirements and needs of stakeholders, including both new solutions and improvements to existing ones (e.g., testing infrastructure).

• Ensure seamless integration of engineering teams for solution implementation, collaborating closely with teams such as the cloud team.

• Provide support for engineering efforts during the implementation phase.

Required Skills:

• Experience working in hybrid environments, including multi-cloud and on-premises solutions.

• Proficiency in managing high-bandwidth, low-latency services, and applications to facilitate disruption-free and real-time code flows.

• Strong technical analytical skills and experience in modern software/hardware development environments.

• Ability to effectively manage requirements and demand, translating them into actionable solutions.

• Proven track record of executing concepts and delivering solutions in a timely manner.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
