This role will allow you to develop your acumen within Solidworks and its myriad 3D technologies through hands-on experience and extensive training opportunities. You will exercise these technical competencies as you engage with clients answering technical questions, troubleshooting, and more.

Responsibilities
Provide outstanding, real-time technical support for GSC customers via phone, email
Update and maintain current customer support database NetSuite
Document all customer interactions
Provide data on trends during service calls
Contribute to the creation of whitepapers, blogs and videos for marketing and informational use
Use the following programs daily: NetSuite (CRM), Microsoft Teams and Outlook, SharePoint, ShareFile, GoToResolve
Strive for continuous improvement through education, training, and certifications
Troubleshoot using SQL
Qualifications
5+ years' experience using SOLIDWORKS is a must!
2 or 4 year Mechanical Design or Engineering related degree, or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in a software help desk or customer service environment preferred
Thorough understanding of computer systems
IT skills including CMD commands, Windows permissions, and Windows registry required
Knowledge of basic computer hardware
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and online applications (GoToResolve, ShareFile, etc.)
