Technica Corporation is seeking a highly motivated team member to work as a SolarWinds SME as part of the DISA DoDNet System Monitoring Center (DSMC) providing continuous monitoring and status reporting of systems, applications, and tools on both the NIPRNet and SIPRNet. Successful candidate will advance DoD Fourth Estate Network Optimization (4ENO) goals as DoD Agencies migrate common IT functions onto the DoDNet.
Serve as the DSMC SME on the SolarWinds tool including network monitoring and management, performance management, network alerts, and server and application monitoring
Provide system, network, application, and tool monitoring capabilities as part of DISA DSMC
Report and investigate abnormal or red flag events and support facilitation of technical responses with the Government Watch Officer
Create, maintain, and enhance existing DSMC documents such as TTPs, SOPs, RMF and COOP/DR
Support cybersecurity operations and the reporting/analysis of vulnerabilities and abnormal activity
Facilitate and participate in DSMC briefings as the SolarWinds SME
Conduct research to evaluate capabilities to improve network management, security, and operational readiness
BA/BS or minimum of 7 years' experience in network monitoring
TS DoD clearance
Prior network monitoring experience using SolarWinds, Remedy, Netcool, and other monitoring tools
Proficient in Microsoft applications
