Here's how a(n) Solar Piles Superintendent for our Solar USA office contributes to our team:

Responsibilities

• Oversees solar construction piling activities related to PD10 equipment.

• Experience with XTR high slope designs

• Experienced with grade laser and able to "blend" trackers.

• Qualified to perform mechanical work on PD-10 machines.

• Must have GPS experience, majority of work is GPS

• Monitors, verifies and reports on construction activities for compliance with the CPM schedule; tracks and reports on completion of project schedule activities and commodity installation.

• Assists subcontractors in resolving problems and reports on issues related to drawings and information, schedule, quality, quantity tracking, cost reporting, and safety. Self-Perform

• Monitors discipline construction productivity, progress, and cost, and reports to Construction Manager and Field Project Controls Manager.

• Takes necessary actions to maintain targets.

• Conducts subcontractor supervision meetings to review/assist in daily, weekly, and monthly planning. Self-Perform

• Develops and monitors 3 Week Look Ahead Schedule for assigned work scope.

• Develops corrective plan to ensure progress and productivity targets are met.

• Verifies that all material, manpower and resources needed to support the 3 Week Look Ahead Schedule are available and on site.

• Develops, monitors, and reports on completion of craft/subcontractor punch list activities.

• Maintains a daily log for site records.

Qualifications

• 7 years min Knowledge of PD10 equipment

• GPS knowledge

• High slope install experience

• Solar construction self-perform experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.

• Ability to identify and resolve installation issues effectively, making sound decisions under pressure.

• Familiarity with construction management software

• Strong leadership qualities

• Familiarity with current industry quality standards.

• Strong negotiation skills

• Deadline and detail-oriented
