Responsibilities:

2.Cost Estimation: Use advanced estimating techniques to accurately assess project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.

3.Risk Analysis: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

4.Bid Preparation: Create comprehensive bid proposals aligning with client needs and company objectives.

5.Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes.

6.Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.

7.Value Engineering: Explore cost optimization opportunities without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

1.Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

2.Experience: Minimum 5 years in estimating turnkey solar projects with a focus on Mechanical and Electrical scopes.

3.Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction estimating software, advanced Excel, and CAD software.

4.Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret complex data.

5.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

6.Team Player: Collaborative mindset and ability to build positive relationships.

7.Organization: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

8.Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.

9.Certifications: Professional certifications such as CPE or PMP are a plus.
