As a Tech for Pro-Shine, your day will begin with a team meeting and assist the Lead Technician in stocking the truck for the day's work.
While working at the job site, you will perform a variety of tasks ranging from roof cleaning, house washing, pressure washing, exterior pure-water window cleaning using a water fed pole, screen cleaning, and gutter cleaning.
We work on all types of properties including residential, commercial buildings and storefronts.
The views from many of the houses we service around the Gorge are priceless and it is fun working for people that are grateful for what we do, but additionally, there is also earning potential for a driven team member that can help Pro-Shine grow.
No only do we offer a competitive hourly wage, but we also offer a production bonus that is paid out bi-weekly.
This is a seasonal hourly position. It will be part-time for the month of June (Wednesday through Friday), while in training and will become full-time in June (Monday through Friday). Hours per week will fluctuate, but you can expect 16 - 24 hours per week while in training and 32- 40 hours per week following training.
We firmly believe that a happy team will do great work. Providing a workplace that promotes a healthy work-life balance fosters a happy team. To that end, our compensation is competitive for the work involved and our locale, but ultimately it will be based on competency and work performance.
We operate our residential window washing and exterior cleaning service seasonally with most of our business from April through November. All employees receive sick time and have the option to contribute to a company administered Roth IRA through Oregon Saves via payroll deduction.
