As a Tech for Pro-Shine, your day will begin with a team meeting and assist the Lead Technician in stocking the truck for the day's work.

While working at the job site, you will perform a variety of tasks ranging from roof cleaning, house washing, pressure washing, exterior pure-water window cleaning using a water fed pole, screen cleaning, and gutter cleaning.

We work on all types of properties including residential, commercial buildings and storefronts.


  • A valid driver's license and the ability to be insured to operate company vehicles
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior facility maintenance experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 55 pounds
  • Ability to stand and work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and at heights
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment


The views from many of the houses we service around the Gorge are priceless and it is fun working for people that are grateful for what we do, but additionally, there is also earning potential for a driven team member that can help Pro-Shine grow.

No only do we offer a competitive hourly wage, but we also offer a production bonus that is paid out bi-weekly.

This is a seasonal hourly position. It will be part-time for the month of June (Wednesday through Friday), while in training and will become full-time in June (Monday through Friday). Hours per week will fluctuate, but you can expect 16 - 24 hours per week while in training and 32- 40 hours per week following training.

We operate our residential window washing and exterior cleaning service seasonally with most of our business from April through November. All employees receive sick time and have the option to contribute to a company administered Roth IRA through Oregon Saves via payroll deduction.

Preference is given to applicants who are in the first generation of their families to attend college. For the purposes of these internship opportunities, this is defined as the applicant's parent/guardian has not earned a Bachelor's degree. General Internship Description: Interns will be responsible for completing specifically identified healthcare or systems related projects. The projects will be varied and are based on the needs of the participating departments, health system and communities we serve. Interns will be provided preceptor support along with clearly defined expectations for assigned work. Further details regarding exact departmental responsibilities will be provided after applicant screening process, however the following are some of the areas where we anticipate there to be internship opportunities: * Volunteer Services Intern will work with the Volunteer Services Program Coordinator on research design, quantitative and qualitative methodology, and instrumentation. Assist in conducting an evaluation/survey project of the Volunteers in Action program; Work with Program Coordinator to identify data sources, determine methods for obtaining data, and assist developing and implementing data collection instruments and protocols, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and obtaining administrative data; Develop written presentations of data including charts, graphs, tables, executive summaries and fact sheets; developing other deliverables and methods of conveying statistical results as appropriate to key stakeholders; Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders; Communicate with clients, volunteers, staff, and other key stakeholders. Social Science disciplines and previous coursework in research design, analysis, and data collection is preferred. Location: Hood River, OR * Rehab Services-Marketing The Rehab Service Marketing Intern will work on a project to create proper brand pages for review platforms such as Yelp, G , Bing, etc. This includes ensuring all information such as phone numbers, address, brand image, links, directions, data and security details are correct for these review sites, as well as keep our in-house websites are up to date. This person will work under the guidance of the rehab clinical services manager. Location: Hood River, OR * Interns will not be providing direct patient care.
