• Passionate about training and teaching skills
• Understand complex technical topics and transform them into relatable language
• Be comfortable training adults from different technical backgrounds,  remote and on-site
• Maintain and produce training material in writing and video form

• + 3 years of experience in training technical users 
• Expertise in training methods, and general skills development for adults and/or technical staff
• Excellent communication skills

• Minimum of 3 weeks of vacation from the first year;
