Service Express's IT team is charged with designing, developing, delivering and operating internal and external facing digital products that allow Service Express to deliver its amazing customer service and reliability to our customers. The IT Service Desk team is responsible for the front-line support of these mission critical products on a daily basis.
In this role, you will primarily work as a Product Support Specialist focused on our software products. You will collaborate with software developers, business leaders and end users to troubleshoot, support and deliver solutions to their operational issues. You will be a part of a team that focuses on providing world class support and service to our team members while working hard to grow your technical and career skills.

Experienced with some software development and basic Database SQL ability

Help execute our support for our critical line of business applications
Interact with Product Team members and leaders to ensure a positive customer experience
Troubleshoot issues across the whole software stack Database, Front-End, Back-End and APIs
Write and deploy code to production environments
Responsible for knowing our digital ecosystem and it's dependencies
Working with the team to cover On-Call Rotation
1-2 years of professional experience in IT, software development, SQL, or other related technology fields
