Account Executive Position Details
This position focus is to sell into business verticals that build facilities for businesses that self-operate and/or manage them as a franchised business. We currently have focused on the restaurant and some of the retail industries. Within each business vertical, there are various selling segments, such as:

Small to Large Franchisors

Small to Large Owner/Operators

Medium to Large Multi-Unit Franchisees

Private Equity Firms

Growth Businesses

As an Account Executive with Synuma, you would be responsible for selling our Project Management Platform (SaaS) of Sales/Partner Engagement & Onboarding, Real Estate, Construction and Operations Services, which are all built on the Synuma Platform. You would:

  • Present and sell Synuma while leveraging internal resources from prospect to close
  • Identify, develop and close new sales leads and business opportunities through utilizing own network, active networking and leveraging business referrals to meet or exceed established goals
  • Identify & attend industry events, leverage your network, and pursue creative methods to engage prospects
  • Identify & engage necessary decision makers and influencers of a prospective deal
  • Listen, identify and understand current and prospective clients needs and deliver to their expectations
  • Build relationships with client stake holders and influence them in a positive way
  • Drive entire sales cycle, from initiation to close (including proposal and contract management)
  • Conduct web-based demos for prospects including follow-up to close deals
  • Follow-up post-sale with clients
  • Foster positive relationships with customers
  • Attend weekly company meetings & provide pipeline/activity reports
  • Commit to continued self-development to become an industry / market expert
  • Contribute to research efforts of new industries and markets
You will work closely with current and prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals. You will consult with customers on the Synuma Platform to identify solutions that will help them reach their business goals and meet the challenges to efficient management of their development objectives within their organization. You will contribute to our business growth in a fast paced, collaborative and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of our team.



  • 2-5 years actively selling enterprise software or technology B2B products with demonstrated success
  • Proven track record selling technology, software as a service (SaaS)
  • PC and mobile computing skills, including presentation creation and internet searches
  • Account management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience in relevant verticals
