Job Requirements and Preferences:
Minimum Degree Required:
In lieu of a Bachelor Degree, 12 years of professional experience involving technology-focused process improvements, transformations, and/or system implementations

Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering & Accounting, Management Information Systems
Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in test methodologies and integration of business applications to achieve an efficient testing effort that delivers a quality system to its customers including the following areas:
Demonstrating experience with manual testing, automated testing, mobile testing, non-functional testing (such as performance, load, usability, security, stress, and scalability), and continuous testing (CI/CD, DevOps);
Understanding requirements from a business perspective to be validated through testing and assessing them in the context of an Agile/Scrum delivery model;
Understanding of the SDLC activities expected to deliver custom developed and packaged applications;
Demonstrating thorough verbal and written communication skills;
Using Jira or Azure DevOps (formerly VSTS);
Demonstrating thorough presentation skills using GSuite tools and effective delivery;
Being able to work in a fast-paced environment with ambitious deadlines;
Managing multiple priorities and have good situational awareness (i.e. understanding sense of urgency when required); and,
Demonstrating ability to manage multiple teams (onshore, offshore, and/or nearshore).
