As a Central Pharmacy team member, you will work hard with a team of engineers to deliver new innovation to the central pharmacies for health systems throughout the world. Our solutions help to drive better outcomes for patients by removing errors and automating tasks. Each day you will make an impact.


  • Designs and executes both manual and automated functional, system, integration, regression, and performance tests.

  • Documents defects and failures in accordance with established quality standards.

  • Works with design, development, and the Agile Product Owner to identify high risk test areas early in the development process.

  • Designs test plans and test cases that effectively mitigate high risk test areas with limited assistance.

  • Troubleshoots and performs root cause analysis for moderate to complex issues.

  • Executes appropriate automated testing strategies.

  • Drives, promotes, and measures team performance against sprint and project goals.

  • Meets the definition of done and promotes established quality practices within the team.

  • Understands the drivers and requirements of the business and translates those into technology solutions

  • Works within the team to build product deliverables based on overall architecture direction.

  • Works with the scrum team to provide Quality and Value for our customers.

  • Works with the scrum team and Agile Product Owner to drive the creation of project stories that align with the project goals.

  • Works with the team to continuously improve software quality practices and processes.

  • Responsible for working on business critical products that operate 24/7/365 and are distributed nationwide to many clients

Required Knowledge and

  • Expertise in Software Quality methodologies and processes.

  • Experience in as many of the following areas: GUI testing, web application testing, networking, and various software OS & hardware platforms.

  • Experience in functional, integration, white box, and black box testing.

  • Ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Creative, self-motivated, and willing to learn new technology.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills.

  • Proficient with Agile testing methodologies and best practices.

  • Ability to establish rapport and communicate with people at all levels of an organization.

  • Strong organizational skills - Ability to organize, analyze and execute several concurrent tasks and activities.

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.

  • Preferred experience with the following technologies:

  • Experience with Relational Databases (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)

  • Experience with Unit Testing in .Net, ruby, and C# development stacks

  • Experience in Automated Testing Tools (e.g. Jasmine, Selenium, RanoRex, Protractor).

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a computer related field
  • 2+ years' experience in Software development or test development
  • 1+ years' experience in automated testing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree

  • 4+ years' experience in Software development or automated test development

  • Medical Device/Healthcare experience

Work Conditions:

Office Environment

Travel less than 10%

Responsibilities Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and test embedded software for personal protective equipment. * Actively participate on cross-functional project teams in the development of new MSA products. * Assume technical leadership of software development for individual project efforts. * Be engaged in our MSA Software Community efforts for continuous review and improvement of software development processes and tools. * Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, software test/validation and manufacturing engineers to ensure products are delivered on time, while meeting functional, performance and quality requirements. * Ability to travel domestically/internationally up to 10% of the time.
