Overview: The Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Analyst ensures the validation of product offerings and deliveries are without defects and completed based on previously agreed upon feature specifications, standards, and functionality required by our customers.

The key role of the SQA Analyst is to obtain an excellent working knowledge of the product and its various feature sets to properly conduct a thorough validation of all components of the product (such as CAMA Systems and integrated sketch programs and other technologies). Responsibilities: After the completion of configuration or development (including unit testing) and/or after product or support setting adjustments, prior to production deployment: Verify the reliability, functionality, and performance of products including, but not limited to: o User interfaces o HTML & XML configuration files o Higher-level applications and interfaces (such as Windows ETL service integration validity with CAMA systems databases) Verify the reliability, functionality, and performance of our various products across multiple hardware and software platformsespecially after third party operating system or browser updatesincluding, but not limited to: o Microsoft Surface o Apple iPad o Browsers (such as Edge, Chrome, and Safari) Perform and validate test plans and test cases.

Document test results and track retesting or resolution status of failed cases.

Document problems found during testing (functional and other performance issues) consistent with DCS product software support processes. Provide feedback and suggestions on modifications needed to test plans and test cases, including acting as a liaison with internal teams to ensure adherence to company quality objectives.

Assist internal teams by providing feedback in reproducing and solving product-related issues, at the direction of the applicable Product Owner. Qualifications: College degree in one of the following fields: computer science, electronics, software testing, or equivalent with a focus on research, analysis, and documentation. 3 years of experience in software QA outside the industry. Or 2 years of experience within a mass appraisal firm, assessor/auditor office, or CAMA vendor in which the experience included testing a CAMA conversion or new CAMA system versions.

Proficient knowledge of various operating systems including Microsoft Windows and iOS. Proficient software and hardware troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of various computer settings that impact performance or data communication.

Ability to self-teach/self-learn through the hands-on use of and exploring of documentation (such as written, video, and product ticket knowledge base) for company products. Motivated, thorough, and detail oriented. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred: Prior experience working in software quality assurance and/or prior experience in the mass appraisal or CAMA software industry. Proficient data mining skills. Proficient understanding of networking.

Basic knowledge of HTML and XML.
