As part of the Software Quality Assurance team, the Software Quality Assurance Test Specialist I executes manual test cases, performing functional, smoke (confidence) and regression testing prior to deployment to identify and report defects. Analyzes product requirements, identifies and authors test cases. Performs risk analysis to determine test case priority and focused testing efforts. The end result will enable Ent to more reliably and predictably deliver quality software to meet the objectives of the business. This resource will work primarily on agile teams with project managers, product owners, and other developers.

Minimum formal education required for this position:
High School Diploma
Computer Science coursework strongly preferred
Knowledge consistent with an Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
Minimum work experience:
2+ years banking software support or similar experience required
1+ years of software quality assurance testing experience strongly preferred
Technical experience with mobile devices
Technical or specialized knowledge/skills:
Experience in the following strongly preferred:
Identifying and documenting test cases
Software Testing of Web applications
Software Testing of Mobile devices
Ad hoc or exploratory testing
Experience in the following:
Financial system support
Familiarity with test case management software such as Microsoft Team Foundation Server strongly preferred
Must be comfortable working in highly collaborative environments
Must be able to conduct presentations in group settings in a professional and courteous manner
Strong customer service, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must
Experience with Agile software development is preferred
Must be able to learn new and emerging concepts very quickly.
Must be able to maintain good productivity in developing test plans and manual and automated test cases.
