Software Product Manager (Medical Equipment QA)
Our customers are hospitals and premier healthcare technology companies, we help them meet healthcare compliance needs, ensuring patient safety. We are looking for a customer focused individual who will enjoy setting, managing and executing on new software product roadmaps for customer workflows tied to medical equipment QA.
In this critical Software Product Manager (Medical Equipment QA) role, you will be asked to:
Collaborate with hardware product managers to Identify key customer workflows for medical equipment QA, map these workflows to software product opportunities.
Keep a pulse on healthcare compliance standards that hospitals are trying to comply and their impact on medical equipment QA.
Voice-of-Customer (VOC) collection and experimentation to drive understanding of customer workflows and create conviction around prioritization of software solutions that meet our customers jobs-to-be-done
Create and maintain a software product roadmap. Closely work with software engineering / business analyst partners to effectively execute the product roadmap.
Own assigned new software product development projects and take them all the way from business case approval to development and introduction. Own the definition of high level product definition based on VOC.
Conduct business case evaluation and financial forecasting of solutions. Achieve financial plans (orders, revenue, and margin expectations).
Work with hardware product marketing managers, software marketing manager, and software engineering business analyst to:
Collaborate on aligning software and hardware product roadmaps
Commercialization and go-to-market
Moving from high level product definition to detailed product requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, engineering or related field required
A minimum of 5 years of software product management experience
Ability to travel up to 25%
Experience interacting, listening and communicating with customers
Experience with financial plan responsibility (orders, revenue, and margin expectations)
Demonstrated experience driving transformational results in software product management
MBA and/or Marketing Degree
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
An entrepreneurial spirit and love for working in fast-pace environments
Experience with the customer jobs to be done framework
Global able to operate well in all geographies, understanding the unique value propositions and customer workflows and challenges quickly
Teamwork able to partner with other business units, engineering, sales, and hardware product management to develop products and campaigns that will accelerate profitable growth
Organizational agility - must possess the ability to interface with and influence all levels of the organization and across functional boundaries.
