Summary

This role will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the financial success of MiTek's software products. You will be responsible for developing and executing monetization strategies and optimizing enterprise, subscription, and SaaS pricing models for existing and new software applications by collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SaaS business models, best practices in SaaS pricing, market dynamics, and a strategic mindset. This individual will help shape the financial success of MiTek's software products.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, usage data, conversion rates, churn, and pricing metrics to develop effective pricing strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing with product positioning, target market, and business objectives and build consensus.

• Conduct regular pricing reviews and adjustments based on market changes and performance analysis.

• Assist Product Portfolio Managers in developing pricing strategies for go-to-market plans for new offerings.

• Evaluate and optimize existing monetization models to maximize revenue streams.

• Identify and implement innovative monetization opportunities, such as upselling, cross-selling, and partnerships.

• Gather and incorporate customer feedback regarding pricing and bundling into strategy adjustments and improvements.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for software monetization and pricing differentiation.

• Develop financial models to assess the impact of pricing changes on revenue and profitability and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.

• Develop a process to track all costs incurred by each software solution being developed.

• Travel up to 25%-30% of the time as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in a related field required

• 4+ years of experience in an analytics role, leading SaaS monetization, pricing strategy, and revenue management required

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights required

• Familiar with software licensing models and industry best practices preferred

• Experience with financial modeling and analysis highly preferred

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to travel up to 25%-30% of the time as needed
