Senior professionals ( > 5 years of work experience)


Typical duties/responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Maintain and expand database of prospects within your given Territory.

  • Prospect corporate Interactions and self-generated leads and opportunities.

  • Maintain a high level solution expertise and competitive intelligence.

  • Identify decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to initiate the sales process.

  • Develop sales plans in order to achieve individual and company goals.

  • Submit accurate and complete information in

  • Provide regular updates to management regarding opportunities, trends and challenges.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly Pipeline quota objectives.

  • Represent yourself and Enterprise Software in a highly professional manner.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in Marketing or Business Development.


  • Associate's Degree and a minimum of four (4) years of experience in Marketing or Business Development.

  • Candidate must already have a work authorization that allows them to work for ABB in the United States.

Alternatively, this position could be staffed at a higher level meeting the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in Marketing or Business Development.


  • Associate's Degree and a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Marketing or Business Development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales prospecting role, supporting an outside sales team preferred.

  • Inside sales experience heavy cold calling experience.

  • Able to handle multiple complex tasks at once.

  • Tenacious personality to drive new leads.

  • Sales discovery skills to assess opportunities.

  • Experience working with Product Management team as the portfolio of products are complex.

  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and technology.

  • Ability to prospect via phone and email.

  • Top notch listening and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to establish rapport at multiple levels of decision makers.

  • Skilled in negotiation and problem solving.

  • Experience understanding and managing sales cycles.

  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment.

  • Prominent organization, presentation and time management skills.
