Senior professionals ( > 5 years of work experience)
Typical duties/responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Maintain and expand database of prospects within your given Territory.
Prospect corporate Interactions and self-generated leads and opportunities.
Maintain a high level solution expertise and competitive intelligence.
Identify decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to initiate the sales process.
Develop sales plans in order to achieve individual and company goals.
Submit accurate and complete information in Salesforce.com.
Provide regular updates to management regarding opportunities, trends and challenges.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly Pipeline quota objectives.
Represent yourself and Enterprise Software in a highly professional manner.
Associate's Degree and a minimum of four (4) years of experience in Marketing or Business Development.
Candidate must already have a work authorization that allows them to work for ABB in the United States.
Alternatively, this position could be staffed at a higher level meeting the following qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in a sales prospecting role, supporting an outside sales team preferred.
Inside sales experience heavy cold calling experience.
Able to handle multiple complex tasks at once.
Tenacious personality to drive new leads.
Sales discovery skills to assess opportunities.
Experience working with Product Management team as the portfolio of products are complex.
Strong understanding of technical concepts and technology.
Ability to prospect via phone and email.
Top notch listening and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to establish rapport at multiple levels of decision makers.
Skilled in negotiation and problem solving.
Experience understanding and managing sales cycles.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
Prominent organization, presentation and time management skills.
