Implementation Coord/Ld - multiple Anthem locations (PS14589) Summary: Responsible for leading the implementation process for new accounts and monitoring renewal implementations. Supports Pharmacy Operation roles and responsibilities working closely with the benefit resources at an account and /or pharmacy/medical account management. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: * Ensures completion of all critical deliverables from multiple disciplines to assure timely and accurate implementation of our customers benefit plans. Partner with Sales, Account Executive and Clinical teams assigned to an account * Track and own to conclusion operational issues encountered during implementation * Correctly implement client benefits and interface with PBM vendor service teams to bring issues to resolution * Partner with Account strategist to ensure successful renewal of clients by removing obstacles in the operational areas that can create client abrasion * Develops and implements tracking mechanisms and tools for account implementations Accountable for collaboration with implementation manager for implementations * Supports pharmacy benefit needs on integrated business and participate in cross functional implementation meetings to assess the organizations ability to meet the requirements of prospective accounts and to ensure completion of all critical deliverables. * Leads projects related to implementation Qualifications: * Requires a BA/BS; minimum 3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background * Advanced degree preferred * Ability to travel and work additional hours will be required * Pharmacy experience and/or working knowledge of Pharmacy Benefit Management industry strongly preferred * Strong planning and organizing skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint Anthem, Inc. is ranked as one of America's Most Admired Companies among health insurers by Fortune magazine and is a 2018 DiversityInc magazine Top 50 Company for Diversity.
