Expertise in application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines.
Advanced knowledge of architecture, design across all systems.
Proficiency in multiple modern programming languages: Java, C++.
Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices.
Keen understanding of financial control and budget management.
Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture.
Understanding of VoIP transport such as SIP, SIPREC, RTP, SRTP/DTLS (Unix, Linux).
Detailed understanding of system development lifecycle, infrastructure best practices, and risk management concepts.
Strong drive and ability to learn and apply new/emerging technologies coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Serve as a Technical Lead, performing code reviews, and mentoring less experienced developers.
Have developed applications in the media plan working directly with protocols such as RTP, SRTP, and DTLS.
Knowledge of Session Border Controllers (Sonus/Ribbon).
Familiarity building applications that use statistical or machine-learning models.
