Responsibilities:

As an Software Engineering Project Manager at BTI360, you'll be at the forefront of managing and overseeing complex software development projects. Your role will encompass:

• Product Strategy: Engage with mission customers to create a forward leaning product vision and roadmap. Collaborate closely with the technical lead and software development team to craft solutions that align with the product vision.

• Project Leadership: Bring your deep expertise in Agile and Scrum practices to the table. You will lead software development teams and ensure seamless project execution.

• Technical Mastery: Leveraging your technical acumen in web technologies and software platform development, you'll provide essential insights and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Effective Communication: Your exceptional written and verbal communication skills will be instrumental in maintaining clear and open channels or communication with team members, stakeholders, and management.

• Presentations Skills: Utilize your talents in delivering compelling presentations to effectively convey project progress and results to diverse audiences.

• Security Clearance: Maintain an active Secret Clearance

Highly Desired Qualifications:

We highly value previous technical engineering experience. If you have a background in software development, systems engineering, or systems architecture, your expertise will play a pivotal role in understanding and resolving complex project challenges.

We believe the success of our product hinges on the buy-in from customers, users, and stakeholders. If you have product management experience that bridges mission objectives with technical feasibility, your expertise will be vital to the product's success.

Desired Qualifications:

While not mandatory, familiarity with Lean Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is beneficial. Experience with operations missions, DevOps practices, AWS concepts, and certifications such as PMP, Certified Lean Agile Professional, SPC, SA, CSM, or CKP will set you apart. An understanding of Lean management practices is a valuable asset, especially concerning process optimization and quality assurance.  TS/SCI with Poly strongly desired.
