Department Overview

Network Operation and Support: NetOPS department consists of Kodiak carrier grade PTT New Deployment, Release Integration, Testing & deployment, PMO office and "Tier 2 support functions.

Job Description

  • Leading a team of Engineers.

  • Responsibility includes Kodiak Push to Talk (PTT) new deployments, integration activity with Carrier's Provisioning, IT, Broadband Network, billing and portal system and performing ATP testing with Customer.

  • Post launch, perform testing and integration of future releases and provide technical support. A

  • Attend customer meetings and provide them necessary resolutions and maintain Service Level Availability (SLA).

  • Experience as a manager, leading a Networking & Telecom engineers and project teams for a minimum of three (3) years.

  • Experience as a key contributor of hands-on network engineering / deployment work for a minimum of seven (7) years.

  • Experience in Testing new release & features, telecom application performance and deployment.

  • Capability to design and implement networking solutions across various disciplines.

  • Excellent written and oral communication required.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven leadership skills including ability to communicate appropriate detail to all levels of management.

  • Demonstrate ability to manage remote teams in multiple time-zones.

  • Strong analytical skills, proven functional and technical analysis skills, professional client (carrier) interaction.

  • Strong follow-through and initiative to stay with issues until they are resolved, along with discipline and tenacity to meet deadlines.

  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced with aggressive deadlines.

  • Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or related work experience

  • Overall Experience of 10+ years in Testing/Integration/Deployment/Operations/Project management
