YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelors degree in Engineering or Computer Science
A minimum of 5 years of JAVA work experience
Proficiency in JAVA, data architecture, algorithms, relational database design and Oracle, MS, SQL, and DB2 databases
Understanding various software development lifecycle
Master's degree preferred
Significant relevant experience
Knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices
Diverse and global teaming and collaboration
Wide degree of creativity and latitude
Ability to find the correct balance between demand and capacity when establishing priorities for the organization.
