Job Description:

User developer position on a large enterprise-level dashboard application that displays data from a number of outside record-of-authority systems. Successful candidates will have extensive experience in React and/or React Material UI, including but not limited to complex displays and visualizations. Candidates should have experience in calling outside API's through REST or other methods , as well as a good understanding of JavaScript data and other libraries for used for manipulating and displaying data. Experience in middleware services written in Python/Pandas as well as in open source databases such as Postgre SQL is also desired.

US Citizenship required for this position.

Basic Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
Hands on software development experience using React
Experience with git
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
User centered design experience in web-based environments
Able to work iteratively in an agile, virtual-team environment

About the Software Engineer The Software Engineer is primarily responsible for the ongoing design, development and operation of our Ruby on Rails based benefits administration platform. * Drive new features through full the development cycle from requirements all the way through release * Managing the development of a product and/or feature by collaborating with other team members * Writing technical requirements from business requirements * Writing new code and refactoring existing code * Provide application support to our QA/Support staff About You This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has a passion for building leading edge software, loves learning new and emerging technologies, and is driven to help build a successful SaaS product used by thousands of happy businesses.
