This role requires a wide variety of strengths andcapabilities, including:
BS/BA degree or equivalentexperience
Expertise in application, data andinfrastructure architecture disciplines
Advanced knowledge of architecture, design and businessprocesses
Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
Ability to work collaboratively in teams and developmeaningful relationships to achieve common goals
Proficiency in Java
Understanding of software skillssuch as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement
Expert in at least onetechnology and design techniqueas well as experience working across large environmentswith multiple operating systems/infrastructurefor large-scale programs (e.g., ExpertEngineers) starting to be firm-wide resources workingon projects across JPMC
Is multi-skilled withexpertise across software developmentlifecycle and toolset
May be recognized as aleader in Agile and cultivatingteams working in Agile frameworks
Sought out as coach forat least one technical skill
Strong understanding oftechniques such as ContinuousIntegration, Continuous Delivery, Test DrivenDevelopment, Cloud Development, resiliency, security
Stays abreast of cuttingedge technologies/trends and usesexperience to influence application of thosetechnologies/trends to support the business
