Software Engineer Senior

Skills Required:

• Working on a Balanced Team and collaborate with Product Owner, Product Manager, and Product Designer to deliver projects; Carrying out development using Pega Tools to support end-to-end feature delivery.

• Defining, designing, developing, and deploying applications/services and proof-of-concepts to support Guest Experience Platform growing technical capabilities/expertise and providing guidance and mentorship to other team members;

• Establishing best practices to maximize efficiency and minimize risk; ensuring quality, on-time delivery using Agile, test driven development principles; leveraging and applying UI/UX design principles;

• Individual should be highly technical hands-on individual who is passionate about exploring and applying Pega technology to help solve business problems.

Education Required:

• Requires a bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, information technology or a related field

• 8+ years of experience in the job offered and 8+ of experience performing software engineering

• Pega SSA certification is mandatory.
