As a Software Engineer at Relativity you will leverage your development expertise, leading software projects to continue to build out our software platform, Relativity. You will help solve complex problems as we continue to innovate and build great technology.

You will lead projects on a highly scalable and dynamic web system which supports integration with multiple search engines, clustering technologies, and client component interaction through web services. This is all utilizing many of the newest, cloud-based technologies.

You will build highly distributable systems composed of multiple database, processing, and web servers within the massive data field.

The Core Team:

Join our Core Engineering group, responsible for crafting the building blocks and frameworks that create efficient business solutions for Relativity and third-party application developers. You will be a full-stack engineer, designing and developing shared front-end frameworks, shared application components, subsystems, and APIs.


  • Building our core product, Relativity.

  • Actively participating in our SCRUM process.

  • Troubleshooting issues by fixing defects and responding to client specific problems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with one or more JS framework(s) (Aurelia, Angular, React, Vue, Ember, etc).

  • Knowledge of relational database concepts and design

  • Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies (SCRUM) is a plus

  • Good problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines or equivalent work experience

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines or equivalent work experience

  • Experience in .NET software development using C# and Microsoft SQL Server, or similar programming languages

Deep knowledge of Datacenter, Virtualization & Storage Market required.</li> <li>Professionally introduce and represent the company to prospects, customers and partners.</li> <li>Maintain every customer as a reference account.</li> <li>Establish company’'s brand as an emerging market leader within the region.</li> <li>Work with Prospects and Customers to design solutions based on company’s software platform.  </li> <li>Present and demonstrate at a deep technical level the architecture, performance and functionality of the company Platform.</li> <li>Qualify sale opportunities based on the technical fit between a customer’s requirements and the standard capabilities of the company Platform.  </li> <li>Your team will design and manage Proof of Concepts (POC) in conjunction  with the company’s Professional Services Team.</li> <li>You will own the technical relationship with the customer and lead all technical efforts to ensure each customer is a reference account.</li> <li>You will develop and present technical proposals as required to win sales engagements.</li> <li>Provide regular and meaningful insights to Senior Management and Marketing  on market trends, product requirements and competition.</li> <li>Be a good teammate. Already talking Core Datacenter Infrastructure Software with customers!</li> <li>Proven track record (5+ years) of SE experience in the Datacenter Infrastructure space.  </li> <li>Demonstrate a track record of personally designing and demonstrating POC’s for large Enterprise accounts or Service Providers.</li> <li>5-10 years of experience supporting a field sales organization selling and deploying Storage Software / Hardware market solutions.</li> <li>5+ years of Pre-Sales Engineer experience, deep knowledge of Virtualization & Storage Market required!</li> <li>Some Project Management or Customer Support experience is a plus.</li> <li>Ability to present and communicate with all levels of a customer organization (Technical, Financial & Executive).</li> <li>Comfortable using CRM and Strategic Selling Methodologies.</li> <li>A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing  start-up environment.</li> <li>Balances great ambition and drive with a high level of integrity and  honesty</li> <li>Fun to be around!
