Job Duties: work on the agile, enterprise-level development pay domain team that finds technical solutions to users' complex issues; provide development level support, like code or data, for internal and external customers and communicate complex technical issues to non-technical end users, when required; help to mentor more junior members of the team; work directly with other Developers, Product Analysts, Managers, and Directors, in a collaborative environment to undertake root cause analysis, troubleshooting and debugging to support existing code; work on planning and support for major product upgrades; and participate in daily code reviews.
