This position will play a key role on the Income Solutions scrum team where we leverage an agile framework and our Software Engineers collaborate with the business to build out of the box and custom Salesforce solutions.
To be successful in this role, you need to be a problem solver who is willing to collaborate and work in a shared environment.
As a Software Engineer on the team, you will:
Complete cloud-based implementations through custom development in Salesforce Apex and Lightning development as well as out of the box Salesforce configurations.
Provide operational support to meet our business partner's needs.
Develop and maintain Salesforce configurations and manage users, profiles and roles.
Contribute to a team atmosphere through hands on coding, quality assurance, design and testing.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (6 years of experience equates to an Associate's degree when defining "equivalent work experience")
Salesforce Development experience
Strongest candidates will have experience and/or familiarity with most of the technologies/tasks below

This team is primarily located in our corporate headquarters in Des Moines, IA but would consider remote candidates.
