New Relic is looking for a software engineer to help us build software that makes the external customer experience with the support team truly awesome. We strive to allow customers to intuitively self-serve and have rapid resolution times for issues that require human touch through software.
We're a small team that likes to keep it fun by working together while also keeping an eye on putting out quality products.
What You'll Do
Build/maintain applications that allow customers to interact with the support team
Interacting with internal stakeholders to insure alignment on team efforts
Unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing
Serve as customer support on a rotating basis to help with issues that our customers may experience
Work on POCs to help shape the next generation of our applications
Utilize the agile process to help the team plan and implement its work
Experience supporting customer issues
Experience writing unit and integration tests
Strong communication skills
A desire to work collaboratively
Knowledge/experience with containers
Experience working in React, GraphQL, and Jest frameworks
Go (GoLang) experience
