As a Software Engineer in Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS), you'll join a group of engineers in an Agile Scrum team to work on customer facing applications through channels such as the web, voice, and chat! In EBS, we are at the intersection of many strategic and digital initiatives that impact the enterprise! This provides unique opportunities to solve key business problems impacting our customers.
Additionally, this position will report to a leader that is very passionate about innovation, a culture of safety, a product mindset, and developing and delivering solutions through mature software engineering practices. We are also a team starting to make significant investments on cloud platforms (AWS).

Solve complex problems through the application of technology
Engineer for speed and quality through CI/CD pipelines that test and deploy software
Collaborate with highly skilled and motivated product-focused individuals
Work directly with stakeholders to optimize existing solutions or design new ones to deliver business outcomes
Experiment with new technologies and practices to find creative solutions to complex problems
Elicit requirements, write automated tests
We're looking for someone with:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree with a preference in a computer science, technology, engineering, or math related field or equivalent work experience
Software engineering experience in modern technologies (preferably java and/or Python)
Cloud experience or interest in exploring cloud technologies
Basic planning, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skills required.
Preferred technical skills:
Understanding and familiarity with common software development patterns and best practices
Experience, knowledge, or willingness to implement DevOps practices (Test automation, CI/CD, etc.)
This position may require on-call responsibilities.
